Intermittent outages on Trainerize web app and Trainerize.com website

Incident Report for ABC Trainerize

Resolved

Around 10:08 AM PST Trainerize web app (xxxx.trainerize.com) and Trainerize Marketing site (www.trainerize.com) have intermittent outages. The API and Trainerize.me still works fine. Around 11:32 AM PST system performance returned to normal. During this period of time there was about 12 mins the website was not accessible.

Root cause
We identified it’s the issue with our AWS web application load balancer, since all servers are running as normal.

Resolution
We decided to create a new load balancer and route all web applications traffic through the new load balancer which solved the problem.
